One inventory.
Every channel.
VenueSetu gives sports venues one connected platform for availability, bookings, and operations — the same true inventory whether a slot is sold at your front desk, in your manager dashboard, or through a partner app.
Your venue shouldn't run on WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and scattered booking systems.
Most venues end up selling the same courts through more channels than they started with — a front-desk register, an online booking page, a partner app, a WhatsApp group for blackouts. Each one is a separate, honest attempt to track availability. Together, they drift out of sync.
Everything your venue needs to run.
One manager dashboard, one engine underneath — not a bundle of disconnected tools.
This is the dashboard your team actually uses.
Today, live
Know what's happening across your venue.
The Today grid shows every court, every slot, updated the moment a hold, confirm, or walk-in happens — one view, not four browser tabs.
Booking lifecycle
See exactly where a booking stands.
A slot moves from an active hold, to a recorded payment reference, to a confirmed booking — the same three steps whether it came from your front desk or a partner app.
Business summary
Close the day with a number you trust.
A daily business summary and an append-only audit log mean reconciliation is a report you check, not a spreadsheet you rebuild.
Your venue. Your customers. Your data.
VenueSetu is infrastructure a venue runs on — not a marketplace that puts itself between a venue and the people who book it.
Your venue
Your own pricing rules, blackout windows, and court and resource setup — VenueSetu runs the engine underneath your front desk, it doesn't replace it.
Your customers
Bookings made by your own staff, your own manager accounts, and your own front desk stay recorded as yours — a partner integration is one more channel selling your inventory, not a storefront that owns the relationship.
Your access, your rules
Platform admin, venue manager, and read-only roles are enforced per venue, so who can see or change what is a decision you make, not a default you inherit.
Built to connect.
Don't build your own venue inventory system. VenueSetu is a technology layer that lets booking channels and partner applications check availability, hold, and confirm against the same inventory a venue's own front desk uses — through a documented, versioned Partner API.
- HMAC-signed webhooks with retries and dead-letter delivery
- Sandbox first, then certification, then a separate production key
- Idempotency keys on every mutation — safe to retry
One source of truth for venue availability.
Booking is two-phase, always: a hold reserves a slot while payment is collected, a confirm books it. A walk-in at the front desk goes through the exact same engine as a partner app — so the guarantee holds everywhere, not just online.
Never sell the same slot twice.
At most one hold is ever active on a slot. Redis-backed slot locks and optimistic versioning make it structurally impossible for two channels to confirm the same court at the same time.
Real-time, not eventually-consistent.
Managers see holds, confirms, and walk-ins the moment they happen — a live view of occupancy, not a dashboard that catches up later.
Built to be audited.
An append-only event log and daily mismatch detection keep every booking, cancellation, and refund accountable — automatically, not reconstructed at month-end.
Built for the venues that run the game.
Single-sport courts, multi-sport facilities, and venues that turn one layout into another — VenueSetu's multi-slot rules model real venues, not just single courts.
